If the item has been installed, used, or is missing the original packaging, a restocking fee may be applied, which will be communicated to you when the return merchandise authorization (RMA) is issued.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@bongs-for-sale.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  3. Damages and Issues: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.
  4. Exceptions: Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are not eligible for return. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.
  5. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the desired replacement.
  6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: Customers shipping merchandise to the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, without providing a reason. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
  7. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
